Established in 2015, DOL was the first Portuguese grass ultimate team.

We are an international/multicultural team, having players from dozens of different nationalities!

Our practices are currently on Thursdays on natural grass (open to any level players, beginer-friendly), Sundays on a synthetic field (more intense sessions to round up skills and build game awareness), and Tuesdays on the beach (for advanced players only, high level and intensity, serving currently as preparation for WBUCC).

We won the National Mixed Grass League in 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2024, and we're Southern European champions in 2018 and 2019!

Despite specialising on grass, we also train and play on the beach.

We participated in EBUCC 2022 in the Open and Women divisions and WON SOTG in both!

Taking part in WBUCC 2024 in the Open division.
